Refund Policy

Appointment Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling +91-0231-XXXXXX or via WhatsApp. This helps us accommodate other patients in need.
Consultation Fees
Consultation fees paid at the time of appointment are generally non-refundable. However, if the doctor is unavailable due to an emergency, we will reschedule at no additional charge.
Surgical & Procedure Deposits
Deposits paid for elective surgical procedures may be refunded if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled procedure date. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a processing fee.
Insurance Claims
For cashless insurance patients, billing is processed directly with the insurance provider. Any queries regarding insurance settlement should be directed to our billing department.
